Principais Responsabilidades:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Vice President to join our Project Finance. This role involves leading the origination, structuring, and execution of complex project finance transactions across sectors such as infrastructure, energy, natural resources, and transportation, with a focus primarily on Brazil and possibly on Latin America and cross-border opportunities.
Main responsibilities:
- Originate, structure, and execute project finance transactions, including advisory mandates, loan syndications, and structured lending deals (BNDES, fiança, debentures, debentures incentivadas, USD loans and bonds…).

Main responsibilities:
The Senior Analyst in Optimization and Tuning in the Brazil Financial Security Transaction Monitoring department is responsible for executing tasks across the business lines interacting with Paris and Americas (US, Canada, and LatAm). These tasks include improvements in anti-money laundering and market abuse controls through statistical and mathematical analyses for model (re)calibration, risk analysis, sensitivity, and productivity, including Actimize-based AML monitoring models and other AML, KYC, and Sanctions systems as needed. Risk Analysis:
- Measure and Monitor market and liquidity risks inherent to the trading desks or activities in the direct scope of the RISK analyst.
- Development of monitoring tools and reporting to the Business and Senior Management.
- Involvement in the decision-making process by providing a formal RISK opinion, issuing risk recommendations and proposing risk mitigation strategies.
