Linux Systems Engineer
Main responsibilities:
- Provide 24/7/365 primary support of all RedHat Linux ,Centos, Ubuntu & Solaris servers.
- Proactively monitor all UNIX systems utilizing BNP Paribas standard tools.
- Maintain complete inventory and documentation of deployed systems.
- Liaise with application developers to gather requirements, design and deploy standard systems, which clearly differentiate between Production, DR, Test and Development.
- Identify operational and infrastructure risks within the environment and work with the application development team and Equity business to make corrections and mitigate risks.
- Ensure that all systems are backed up according to the business requirements and notify the data owners when there are failures.
- Ensure optimal resilience of deployed systems; and meet all disaster recovery requirements specified by the business.
- Liaise with IT Production Engineers in troubleshooting complex, cross-platform issues.
- Evaluate emerging system technologies and align their benefits with the business strategy of BNPP.
- Maintain top-notch technical skills and business knowledge through proactive self-learning in addition to any formal instructor-led training provided by BNP Paribas.
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor”s Degree.
- Fluency in English and Portuguese
- Expert knowledge of RedHat Enterprise, 7.x, 8.x and solid footing in Centos and Ubuntu; Good knowledge of system performance and monitoring tools such as Geneos, sar, iostat, vmstat, etc.
- Good programming skills with Perl, Awk, Sed, Shell script (Bourne, C, Korn).
- Administration of Unix core services and applications such as NIS, NFS, Automount, DNS, DHCP, CIFS, SendMail, Apache, NTP, PTP, Sudo, Jumpstart/Kickstart, LDAP, SSH, Puppet, Ansible.
- Hands-on experience with virtualization technologies (Solaris Zones, Ldoms, VMWare, KVM etc.).
- Good knowledge of EMC SAN storage arrays and NetAPP Network Appliances.
- Experience in Linux/ UNIX environment within the financial services industry.
- Communication, collaborative teamwork, problem solving.

Principais Responsabilidades
- Apoiar a liderança e implementação de padrões avançados de qualidade de dados, rastreabilidade e linhagem, garantindo que eles cumpram as políticas locais e globais;

- Desenvolver workshops, treinamentos e atividades que impulsionem a adoção de práticas de governança e qualidade de dados em toda a organização;
- Avaliar e gerenciar os impactos das mudanças tecnológicas na qualidade e governança dos dados, garantindo a continuidade operacional e minimizando os riscos;
- Projetar e implementar iniciativas para otimizar processos e sistemas relacionados à governança e qualidade de dados, garantindo melhorias sustentáveis.
Pré-Requisitos
- Superior Completo;
- Qualidade avançada de dados e gerenciamento de governança: rastreabilidade, padrões de dados e linhagem;
- Ferramentas avançadas de qualidade e análise de dados, como Informática Data Quality (IDQ), Power BI, SQL, Python ou R;
- Familiaridade com regulamentações locais como LGPD (Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados) e normas internacionais como ISO 27001 e ISO 8000.
- Inglês intermediário;
- Espanhol será considerado um diferencial.
Analista de Compliance Regulatório Pleno
Principais atribuições:
- Auxiliar na produção de relatórios/reportes regulatórios;
- Produzir indicadores de performance e risco para compor o Comitê de Compliance e outros aplicáveis;
- Prover o advisory regulatório de temas de média/alta complexidade para pautas regulatórias (Suitability, Presentes e Entretenimento, Certificações regulatórias, reclamação de clientes) e atendimento as linhas de negócio do banco (Financing Solutions, Global Markets, Assets & Liabilities Management – Treasury, Securities Services);
- Atuar como backup nas rotinas relacionadas a Governança no domínio de Compliance (Mudanças Regulatórias; Políticas e Procedimentos; Treinamentos);
- Auxiliar na manutenção do Programa de Compliance, incluindo governança de controles, procedimentos e processos dentro dos domínios de Integridade de Mercado, Ética Profissional, Regulamentações Fiscais e Proteção dos Interesses do Cliente;
- Auxiliar na revisão e aprovação de iniciativas de novos produtos e operações;
- Auxiliar na Implementação Projetos de Compliance Globais e Regulatórios;
- Auxiliar no suporte para as missões de Auditorias Internas e Externas, incluindo regulatórias.
Requisitos da posição:

Securities Services, Sales Manager
Main responsibilities:
- Deep results-driven with a strong focus on achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Extreme consistence with the prospective client’s base, reaching the clients out to offer BNP Paribas products and understanding client needs to be able to navigate internally
- Customer relationship management: building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing solutions
- Product knowledge: developing and maintaining a deep understanding of the products os services being sold, such as Fund Administration, Local and Global Custody, Non-Resident Investors
- Negotiating deals and closing sales, while ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting BNP Paribas’s risk and compliance standards
- Drive client and prospect dialogues based on BNP Paribas’s value proposition, promoting our franchise in Brazil
- Manage prospective engagement to ensure BNP Paribas is included in new business opportunities from the in-scope prospective client base. Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and generating lead
- Act as the commercial and strategic lead for existing clients, managing relationship management
- Collaborate with Product partners to establish product solutions based on emerging industry trends
- Integrate client demands, trends, and buying behavior into the broader global client and Product strategy

Position Requirements:
- Experience and proven track record and business development success in similar sales roles, particularly in managing sales pipelines, for Brazilian and international client relationships
- Specific working knowledge of the Securities Services product suite (e.g., Global Custody, Depository Services, fund accounting, securities lending, FX, cash management, outsourcing, clearing, and collateral management).
- Extensive experience in the Financial Industry, with specific expertise in fund administration and asset servicing, focusing on asset managers and institutional clients
- Affinity for the financial services sector, comfortable discussing financial topics with prospective clients
- Exceptional relationship-building and business development skills, with a trusted network in the Brazilian financial industry
- Connections to decision-makers in various target client segments, up to C-level
- Fluency in English and Portuguese. Spanish is a plus.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
